Le Castelet des Alpilles, founded in 1952, is a 3-star hotel managed by the same family for 3 generations. It has been gradually renovated and modernized while keeping its soul of a family hotel. It has had an outdoor swimming pool and free closed parking for 3 years.

Localisation

The hotel is located 300 metres from the city centre, after the Tourist Office square and 800 metres from the Cloister of Saint Paul and the archaeological site of “Glanum”.

Ambiance générale

The hotel was founded in 1952, an extension was added in 1970 in the typical Provencal style, while being modernized. It includes a stone part on 2 floors, the rooms are located in the new part, due south. Some of them overlook the Alpilles, which allows for gentle and pleasant awakenings.

Les chambres

20 bedrooms on floors except 2 on the ground floor: all have been renovated and bathrooms in travertine comprising 2 standard categories from 13 to 16 m2 and superior from 20 to 26 m2 including 7 with terraces or balcony.

They all have a safe, hair dryer and TV with foreign channels.

All the bedding is new with beds in 160 cm or 180 cm or twin rooms in 90 X 200 cm.

La restauration

The hotel offers a buffet breakfast served in the dining room or on the terrace with many “homemade” products: all jams, fresh products such as fresh fruit salad, and on request without extra charge we serve omelette, scrambled eggs or fried. In addition to the traditional breakfast with pastries, and various breads, delicatessen, cheese in the cut, cottage cheese, dried fruits…
